The Adverse Effects of Excess Body Fat


Evidence suggests that the concentrated fat around the abdomen shows an increase in health risks than fat deposited elsewhere in the body. This type of fat in the upper body and its inherent risk independent of total body fat and leads to an increase in various types of cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes and hypertension. The reasons for this are not accurate. But abdominal fat seems to be more active than other types of fat. This type of fat goes directly to the liver rather than the entire body movement as well as other types of fat.
