The Adverse Effects of Excess Body Fat

Evidence suggests that the concentrated fat around the abdomen shows an increase in health risks than fat deposited elsewhere in the body. This type of fat in the upper body and its inherent risk independent of total body fat and leads to an increase in various types of cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes and hypertension. The reasons for this are not accurate. But abdominal fat seems to be more active than other types of fat. This type of fat goes directly to the liver rather than the entire body movement as well as other types of fat.
This eventually becomes fat LDL is called "bad" cholesterol often, and is associated with an increase in heart disease. In response to these changes in lipids, hormones and neurotransmitters are reported by the body, which in turn raises the blood and heart rate. This response exacerbates the conditions of heart problems and hypertension. Finally, because of fat metabolism affect the efficiency of the liver to recover insulin in the blood, conditions worsen diabetes. I found studies that show people who smoke and drink heavily have relatively high proportions of upper body fat compared to the general population.

We wish you good health and well-being
